From vision to reality: Your event, our expertise

Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center has provided facilities and professional expertise to countless organizers since 2010 – and we naturally bring that portfolio of knowledge and experience with us when planning your event. With us, you can host everything from small meetings and large conferences to industry parties and receptions with cake stands and bubbles in the glasses.

We ensure that you are assigned your own Event Manager, who has an overview from above but also spots – and appreciates – the 'devil' in the detail. The Event Manager also helps you choose from our numerous meeting packages or put together your own, provides inspiration, and makes recommendations. This way, you successfully achieve your goals with your event at the hotel, which won the category 'Best Hotel in Copenhagen' in 2022.

From small meetings to large congresses

Kim Utzon is the architect behind the Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center, and therefore also our 53 meeting rooms of various sizes, including two auditoriums and the Tivoli Congress Hall, which can accommodate up to 2,400 guests.

The congress hall is located at the heart of the hotel and can, for example, transform from an international conference to an intimate concert in just a few hours. The 1500 m² hall features a 500 m² balcony, a movable stage, three large screens, and the latest AV equipment.

When staying at the Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center, you can park right at the door.
