Annual general meeting
Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center is the perfect setting for conducting annual general meetings.
All rooms are equipped with the latest AV- and IT technology equipment and the associated AV-technician will help you feel completely comfortable during the entire meeting. We also offer streaming.
Food and drinks can be customized to fit individual needs.

Annual general meeting
- ½ day meeting (duration: 4 hours) - morning or afternoon
- A minimum of 50 persons
- Room: Auditorium Carstensen (max 400) or Lumbye (max 200)
- AV-technician for 5 hours
- 3 microphones
- Projector
